OUR PROCESS
Finding, understanding and applying for potential grants can be confusing and time consuming. We work with you every step of the way to rise above.
In our process, we do all the required work in several clearly defined and well-practiced steps. In our experience, your time input is minimal letting you run your business.
Meet and Greet – We chat about your business, what you are doing, what projects you are working on past, present and future. We discuss your needs. You get to know us, and we get to know you. We evaluate your eligibility for our services and funding.
Visiting You – We visit your place of business seeing your operations, going over what work/projects/training may be eligible for grant funding and what services will fit your needs. At this time, we go over our obligations to you, your obligations to us and our commitment to confidentiality.
Information Gathering – We gather all the necessary documentation to compile and complete the grant proposal and/or for the agreed upon services. We talk with members of your business who have the knowledge of the projects and planning. When necessary, we contact the government agencies to arrange preliminary meetings.
Managing the Bureaucracy – We complete the grant proposal by writing all the technical and financial reports, documents and inputting the necessary IT documentation. We oversee meetings. We liaison with the government agencies.
Final Review – When the proposal is completed, we review the entire proposal with you to ensure you are aware of what we are submitting and why. We do all the changes and addendums. We explain the next steps in the process.
Submit and Shepherd – We submit the proposal to the appropriate agency. We monitor its progress and shepherd it through the various stages. We maintain ongoing contact with the government through our vast network.
Keeping You in the Loop – We keep you informed about your application as it goes through the approval process.
Following Up – We prepare and submit all the progress and final reports as required by the government grant programs.
