      The Three Rs – Recognition

Our business is modelled on the three R’s – Relief, Recognition, and Reward. Today I’m going to talk about Recognition.

Running a business often seems like a thankless task. Every problem requires a solution, every solution creates a new problem, every day. Entrepreneurs wade through these problems, looking for ways to make the business better because it just makes sense to improve.

The most common statement we hear when we first meet a client is “I’m not doing anything special, I’m just doing what it takes to make the business better.”

They are always surprised to learn that these efforts towards new product development, product improvement, process improvement, and employee training are activities eligible for government assistance.

SJE Consulting works with government agencies and the client to ensure that the client gets Recognition for the benefits it provides to its employees, the local economy, and the Canadian economy.
